Project Description:

Extraordinary China is a sparkling journey to explore China for international business people who are interested in Chinese business world, wish to invest in China or establish a cooperative relationship. We wish to provide such an intensive journey for participates to systematically digest Chinese organization types and their features. Program activities are rich and tightly structured. To introduce the Chinese business environment, iways arranges visits to the most typical Chinese business organizations, and brainstorm with distinctive groups. For an authentic experience of this unique culture, special experiences are arranged.

This 9-day encounter will enable participates to acquire systematic knowledge and gain a solid awareness of current Chinese business patterns. But beyond knowledge acquisition, the ultimate goal of the program is to enhance every aspect of cross-cultural capability within the participants. They will put iways’ fresh concept of cross-cultural communication, and the techniques learned in the “BRIDGING the GAPS™ ” training program, into practice. This will greatly improve their ability to win the cooperation of internal staff, and the trust of partners and clients in China.
